Jurisdiction and Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

All Users

Every visitor to Driving Instructor Search is subject to these terms and conditions. This is not limited to only pupils in search of tuition or driving instructors and driving schools offering tuition.

We cannot guarantee the uptime of any of our services because there are several external factors that may cause unexpected downtime. These may include, but are not limited to, hardware failure, power failure, bandwidth / network failure or congestion or problems with your own Internet connectivity. Driving Instructor Search is hosted on very fast, reliable and secure servers but all users must understand that no computer hardware can be 100% infallable.

We reserve the right to remove any information from our website and database without notification or warning.

We do not store or have access to any payment information whatsoever. All financial transactions are processed securely by PayPal.

Pupils

All information held in our database is submitted by the relevant driving instructor or driving school and should be checked thoroughly before any contact is made. We cannot guarantee the information we hold on each driving school is accurate or up-to-date, although checks are made wherever possible and invalid entries removed.

Pupils may send a maximum of 5 e-mails and a maximum of 2 SMS messages to any one instructor with a 24 hour period.

Instructors

As a subscriber you have the right to cancel your 12 month agreement within 14 days of your initial sign-up date. If you chose to pay up-front for a full year, a full refund will be given minus any transaction fees we may have incurred from PayPal.

When your 12 month subscription is coming to a close you will be notified via e-mail. To cancel your subscription you must contact us in writing. If you do not cancel your subscription within 14 days of your renewal date your account will roll over into a further 12 month agreement and payments will be collected as normal.

We reserve the right to change the prices and conditions of our services at any time. Any such changes will not affect your present annual agreement and would not take affect until your subscription is due for renewal. You will also receive advanced notification of such changes by e-mail.

As a subscriber you must agree to use your Driving Instructor Search account in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations. You specifically agree not to make any attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks contained either within or outside or under the direct control of RM Advertising. Driving Instructor Search reserves the right to delete any information it deems unacceptable for any reason without prior notice.

As a subscriber must agree to only access your own Driving Instructor Search account and must take responsibility for safeguarding your username and password. You must contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone other than yourself. Always log out after using your account. This is particularly important when using shared computers in an Internet cafe or library etc.

You may only purchase one Grade 1 or Grade 2 listing (not both) in any one town, however you are free to purchase additional listings in nearby towns as long as you also offer your services in these locations.

Limitation of Liability

RM Advertising, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from use of drivinginstructorsearch.com, caused in whole or in part by its negligence or contingencies beyond its control in procuring, compiling, interpreting, reporting, maintaining or delivering our service and any content found on RM Advertising web sites or services. In no event will RM Advertising, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such content. RM Advertising, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, consequential, special, incidental, indirect, or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use drivinginstructorsearch.com.

All users must understand that the Internet and other various networking communication mediums are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subject to interception or loss. We make no warranties of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory concerning the data or information available through drivinginstructorsearch.com. Drivinginstructorsearch.com liability to any one user for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action will be strictly limited to a maximum of the Fees paid for the prior 12 month subscription.

Other Terms & Conditions

Your usage of Driving Instructor Search is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We value and respect the privacy of pupils, instructors and all other users so long as this usage is in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Driving Instructor Search reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the terms and conditions.
